Some lecturers and supervisors who were present to show their support to the students commented on the social atmosphere and encouraged the student council to organise more similar events. The students were most grateful because they felt it was perfectly scheduled right after exams and pro- ject submissions. This was an opportunity for them to relax, have fun and socialise with friends after a tedious mid trimester. For other students, it was an avenue to make new friends and get to know other students from different faculties. At the end of the event, students were given gift bags and winners of the competition were provided with medals. The event had full film and photogra- phy coverage with different interviews from students. The student council was satisfied with the output of the event but noted that they would appreciate it if more students could participate in future events. n
