Daniel Halsall was recently one of the very lucky few whose script was selected by the NISI MASA pro- gramme - an initiative by the Portuguese and Nor- wegian governments supporting young film makers. The organisation provides tour buses equipped with onboard editing suites as well as additional equip- ment and marketing to assist the upcoming direc- tors to transpose their vision onto the screen. Halsall started shooting in the Netherlands and then travelled on to many destinations throughout Europe including Paris, Geneva and Madrid, finally touching base in GuimarĂ£es, Portugal.
