A team of select jurors, that included Bill Smith, SAE National CurriculumAdvisor,Annalise Freytag, Annie De Young, an accomplished screenwriter, and Katie Levi, a respected art curator, judged the evening’s winners. SAE Chicago received over 250 outstanding works from local Chicago artists who wanted their work to be one of the twenty-five chosen to be dis- played. The showing of these selected pieces opened with a reception on the evening of Friday, November 16th. This was a huge success with over 100 guests attending for a night of art, music and cuisine. SAE Chicago partnered with Le Cordon Bleu Chicago, a local culinary institution to provide catering for the event. Each hors d’oeuvre high- lighted the exquisite work of the chefs and tantalised the guests taste buds. Professional photographer Michelle Wodzinski captured the mood of the evening beautifully as patrons wined, dined and mingled. Christian Romasanta, SAE Chicago Admissions Coun- sellor, was a gracious host who introduced the artistic community to the educational offerings available at SAE.
