By setting up this event, both SAE Institute Stockholm and 2Entertain are hoping to further ex- ploit their collaboration to further prepare students for the needs of the industry and increasing their chances of success. Guest lecturers Sweden’s new star producer Stress, recently signed to Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation, held a much appreciated lecture for the students in the latest Music Business class where he talked about how to navigate and succeed in the business as a producer, and how to find and communicate with the important people in the industry. The same Music Business class was used as a refer- ence group for the Swedish music industry umbrella organisation ʻMusiksverigeʼ for their yet to be pub- lished material on copyright for the whole of Sweden. Musiksverige’s CEO Elisabeth Widlund, as well as two other representatives Sanjin Husanovic and Jo- han Rappling, were very impressed by the feedback received from the students and their knowledge of copyright and the music business.
